Here’s my menu plan for the week!
Monday:
b: soaked, gluten-free, baked oatmeal (i’ll post a recipe!)
l: lentils and rice
d: frittata + zucchini
Tuesday:
b: scrambled eggs
l: hot dogs, smoothie
d: chicken with spinach and mushroom sauce
Wednesday:
b: egg muffins
l: leftovers, veggies, whatever…
d: gf pasta + sauce, quinoa salad
Thursday:
b: granola + yogurt
l: egg muffins
d: chicken chili
Friday:
b: either breakfast quinoa or zucchini muffins
l: pureed butternut squash + bacon
d: pizza (using this crust)
Saturday:
b: dutch babies
l: hot dogs
d:
extra snacks: banana bread, stupid gluten-free pretzels, zucchini muffins, lots of fruits, nuts, organic popcorn on the stove
